All-Encompassing Infrastructure
To enable the establishment and operation of a global network of Autism Code Centers,comprehensive infrastructure will be developed which will include all that is needed to deliver
the technology on an international scale.
The development will comprise:
Program delivery infrastructure

Structured program delivery processes to ensure uniform delivery of
the program in all Autism Code Centers. -
Comprehensive professional textbooks and manuals for center
teams, encompassing all the knowledge and know-how required for delivery
of the program. -
Staff training & qualification programs which will provide center
teams with all the necessary tools and skills to guide and support families
effectively through the program. These will include training modules, training
materials, exercise materials, qualification tests, etc. -
The final version of the interactive computer application,
adapted to support a large, international user base - including
study materials, audio lessons, daily assignments and documentation
modules for parents to record their children's improvements, as well as tools
for center teams to monitor the parents' input, track their progress and record
parent-team communications.
Operational and management infrastructure

Structured operational procedures for center staff to ensure
standardized operation of all Autism Code Centers. -
Detailed operational manuals encompassing all procedures relating to
the operation and business management of the centers. -
Meticulous monitoring & control processes that will ensure uniform
application of work processes in all centers. -
Multi-tiered computerized management system - a centralized
web-based computer system comprising all tools and applications required to
manage and monitor the operation of the centers worldwide.
