The Ronit Galapo Research Institute was founded in 2003 by Ronit Galapo,
Joshua Ben-Joshua, Tova Elazar and Rachel Landau, with a shared desire to bring
genuine change into the society in which we live through the pioneering
research
and change technologies developed by Ronit Galapo.

Ronit Galapo

For the past 20 years, Ronit Galapo has been engaged in the profound inquiry and deciphering of the underlying mechanisms shaping our lives, our illnesses, our health, our relationships and society as a whole.

Ronit's research has led to a series of groundbreaking discoveries, based on which she developed forefront consciousness technologies that make it possible to effect change in areas thought to be blocked.

Over the years, Ronit has given lectures and seminars to large audiences and published 6 books, one of whom has been translated into 7 languages across Europe and Japan.

Tova Elazar

Co-Founder, Managing Director

Previously, Tova was CEO of Manpower Israel and Manpower Holdings Inc., with nine subsidiaries jointly employing 40,000 temporary employees annually and serving thousands of customers from all market sectors.

Additionally, Tova served as a strategic consultant to JDC - The American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee - on projects designed to integrate the social and business sectors.

Rachel Landau

Co-Founder, Director of R&D

Rachel is an international expert on the development of operational and training infrastructures for domestic and multinational companies, with extensive experience in establishing operations that can expand quickly and smoothly.

Rachel is the former Director of Training and Organizational Development at Manpower Israel, and later worked with Manpower Inc. to develop the company’s operational, training and computer infrastructures in Italy and Greece, leading to the establishment of a network of 200 branches.

Joshua Ben-Joshua

Co-Founder

Joshua has over 30 years experience in initiating and leading innovative projects in varied fields. Joshua brings a unique strategic vision as well as the ability to lead and implement large scale projects. His accomplishments include establishing the largest, most advanced recording studio in Israel in the late 80’s, a music production company and specialty construction projects. Along with Ronit Galapo, Joshua initiated the founding of the Ronit Galapo Research Institute.
